My husband and I have decided to file for bankruptcy, but we don't have any idea where to start and what to do first. 
What are the first steps? How long does the process take? Will it affect my chances of finding a new job? (I recently finished job training for medical administration and I am currently looking for a job.) Please answer back ASAP.
