That's right. Out of anger, I called the manager of an apartment complex a whore after finding out about a bunch of moving out charges. She was the only one in the office at the time but there was a couple (probably thinking about renting there) in another room. I never said anything to them, they never said anything to me. I don't know if they saw me or even heard me. They probably heard me. Anyway, can this gal go get a lawyer and sue me for slander now? I think in Texas for it to be slander I would have had to tell someone else she's a whore. Can you tell me about this, please.
