I Blocked An Intersection (Is what the cop said)

Hi everyone. I just recieved a ticket California VC 22526 (A) which means that I blocked the intersection to cross traffic because the car in front of me would not pull forward. There was about a 3 car length in front of him. I was just wondering what it would cost me here in California and would it be worth fighting. Thanks
