my son's father, who both reside in ny, had verbally agreed for my son to come to baltimore to go to school because he was having behavioral issues and was put into an alternative program.
i had my son come to maryland to take the entrance exam for the school system and enrolled him in the school system and in a school. i have also met with organizations so my son will have a mentor.
for the past 8 months my son have been living with my mother in ny. i pay child support and my sons father has not given nor offered my mother any money for my son.
it is court orderd for my son to be with me for the summers and vacations in maryland. but since he turned 14 he wanted to stay in ny to work for the summer and come to school for the fall.
we have gone to court so now we must go to mediation to work out an agreement.
i do know that my sons father has spoken with at least 2 people in regards to my son coming to maryland, school court person, and the somewhat probation person for my son.
i want to know how to constitute a verbal agreement into the family court of law and the breachment of the agreement?
and what esle can i do?
