My soon to be x girlfriend and I had a baby last month, I have been there since the beginning, as soon as she found out she was pregnant but I know I am not the father, I have paid most of the medical expenses and am on the birth certificate as the father, the identity of the bio father can not be established. However I am breaking up with her and I love my son, do I have full father rights even though I know he is not truly my child. No one else is aware only her and me. Can she use this info against me or since my name is on the birth certificate am I a full legal parent?

If your name is on BC you are Dad!
In most states you are the legal father BUT if you are still in a timeframe where mom can dispute paternity and ask the courts for a DNA test, she may be allowed too but I would hope not. It depends on your state but hopefully the time frame has pased for her to dispute paternity. You dhould have rights to custody or visitation, do not let the girlfriend dictate what you can and cannot do.
