During college, I married my first spouse, an American citizen.
We applied and I received US Permanent Residence through Marriage, and eliminated the conditions on my permanent residence.
We divorced, three and a half years after we married.

A year later I married and got pregnant with who was a common friend and our roommate during college, the parent of my child today, who holds a non-inmigrant visa.

Then I became a US citizen, with the 5 year residency rule.

Can I sponsor my current husband to become a permanent resident?

My concern is that my current spouse lived with me and my husband during my first marriage.
Will it look ackward that he was our roommate before?

How can I feel safe in sponsoring him?

I'm afraid that if try to help my current spouse get his green card, and they don't like our story, then I may get my citizenship revoked or the petition denied.

Is that possible or not at all?
