Husband's threats

My husband and i are divorcing. It has taken a really nasty turn for the worse. Him and his family are now making threats to take our daughter and leave. I am only 19 and very unfamiliar with how these proceedings work. I want to know if there is a way to get emergency custody of her. I am really scared of these people. I went to our local Child support enforcement agency and picked up a packet but establishing child support before a divorce cant be done right? They keep asking me for orders to the non custodial parent and as of right now we both have custody. i am so confused i am in tears. I cant afford a lawyer and i just dont know what to do. Someone please help.

Stop listening to them but until there is a custody order, both of you have rights. Do you have an attorney? you need to file for custody but you are not going to get rid of dad or his family so just stop communicating with his family. See if you and your husband can come to an agreement on custody.
