Jail Huber rules in Wisconsin

Can a Huber center not let you transfer to another county until your bill is paid in full with them? How long do you have to pay a jail bill? If they are denying your Huber priviledges by not letting you go to interviews and do job searches but they will help other inmates get a job, can they do that?
Does anyone know?????????

Well our attorney doesn't return our calls, so thats why I am here and the jail administration are jerks and if you try to talk to them they twist things around and take it out on the inmate.

Write letters to all parties asking your questions and voicing your concerns.

Send the letters certified, return receipt requested.

Then be patient and await a reply.

You could also write your state legislators and the governor.

Ask them to assist you.
