Me and my partner decided to get marry but the problem was his status.he got married two years ago.Right after the thier wedding his former wife flew to the U.S for work.according to my partner,she called up 1day just to tell him that she has no plan to petition him as she is not interested in him anymore.That he found another man over there and they were living together now.she has her own life now,and she wanted to part thier ways.then after a year of being alone my partner has learned to go on with his life then i came....
after knowing his situation,we became more closed and attached to each other.until we decided to live in one roof...and get marry....but how can he apply for annulment?what ground can he file?Is he really the first one to do the first move? he asked her onced through email.but the girl was not replying and didnt even bother calling him to settle thier marital status..so please give us advice on what would be the best thing to do about this...thanks
