I have been a member of a major class suit since 1989. i have received one low payout and probably may receive the second BUT it is obvious to me that the law firm -probably because of the low legal restrictions on the firm's fee- is not working on the case any more.there has been no activity on the case for one year and I have received nothing but cordial stalling responses. I NEED CLOSURE!How can I end the relationship in a diplomatic way? What must I do to end the relationship, get back my power of attorney and copies of what is in my folder? Thank you.
