Is the National Retail Theft Database apply to some states or to all?

Let's say that I move to another state, will retail employers be able to see that my name is in the database?

Can non-retail employers in other states see my name in the retail theft database?

As pointed out earlier 'anyone" subscribing to said database would be able to see its contents

If you got paid at your store and have the same social security number yes they can find out where you worked prior.

Here is the problem they may ask on your application if you have ever been fired or ask to leave from a job...what will you put then? You lost your prior job for being dishonest, don't start off a new one by being the same.
