I am advertising myself as a bartender for private parties online. I want to write a contract that clients have to sign that will keep me from being prosecuted if underage drinking occurs while I am bartending. I can't seem to find how to go about doing that.

You can write all the contracts you want.
If you serve under age patrons, you'll bear some of the blame.

You're also subject to prosecution.

If you "card" people, that provides you with some protection.

Google "dram shop" if you want to consider other aspects of your profession.

Agreed- if you serve someone under 21 then you may have some liability. Even as a bartender at a private party you have a responsibility to check ID of anyone that even looks close to 21.
However, people could get drinks from you and then give them to someone else that is under age, but that is not your problem.
