I'm being sued in small claims and don't know how this works in California. If I lose but am a full time college student (not working), my car's under my parents' name and I don't have much in my bank account, will it ruin my credit? I just don't have any money dammit. Can they get a hold on future wages? How long can they come after me for money if I won't start working until about another 2 years?

Judgments in California are valid for ten years from date of entry and renewable indefinitely. They also bear interest at 10% per annum (which is capitalized upon renewal).
To put it simply, yes, your future wages are subject to attachment and they have a minimum of ten years in which to collect the judgment.
