My jurisdiction is: California
Me and my ex filed a "Joint Petition For Summary Dissolution of Marriage". Now we are coming to end of the 6 month waiting period before filing the "Request for Final Judgment".
Now, for the question:
How long after filing the "Request for Final Judgment" should we expect to wait before getting our confirmation in the mail? Assuming all forms are filled out correctly will it be a pretty quick turn around? Or should we expect to wait weeks? Months?
