How does a licencee repair damages to a licence agreement? As I understand it, a licencee is permitted a finite set of "remedies" when he agrees to abide by the conditions of a licence. These remedies are for "repairing damages" associated with the breaching of a licence on the licencee's part. Of course, these repairs would be specific to the company, corporation, or business that issued the licence. But is there a general right or process for repairing a breach to a licence agreement?
