I Have A Registered Copywright Of A Poem I Wrote For A Large Company That I Want To Try To Sell To Them As A Promotial Item. Much Better That "credit Card.com" Commercial. How Do I Approach Them?

To begin, never write to anyone using title caps in your sentence. It can be very disconcerting. ;)

If you've registered your copyright to your poem, you should have no problem moving forward. However, any time you're pitching like this you probably want to make sure that you've got some record that the company pitched received it, e.g. a fax receipt of the poem, certified mail receipt, etc. This way it would be next to impossible for someone in the company to claim that they just came up with the exact same (or substantially similar) poem without ever knowing you existed. Best of luck to you.
