At divorce pre-trial, judge did not look at our exhibits or witness lists. He set trial for issues, suggesting assets will be split 50/50 and said to turn the lists in 20 days prior to trial. Meanwhile, I have another expert witness and I want to order an appraisal of the property. Can I turn the lists in with new stuff 20 days prior to trial? And how do I get my wife to let the appraiser in?
