Hi.
I married a man in 1973. We had one child. He broke the law and went to jail. I have not seen nor heard from him all these years. ( about 31) I know he wasn't a lifer in jail but i am clueless as to his where abouts. I have since been with a man for the past 30 years with plenty of children. We want to officially be married, what should we do? Also if my first husband is still alive and out of jail how would i find out if his daughter or myself are due anything from him. He was a vietnam vet who had a honorable discharge maybe some kind of benefits.
