my son has his biological fathers last name, but the biological father refused to sign the birth certificate, has nothing to do with the child, hasnt ever seen the child but for about 20 min after his birth. im now married to a wonderful man who my son calls daddy and we want him to have my husbands last name. how do we go about making that happen??
