   I was acquitted on a felony charge and represented by a public defender almost ten years ago. How can I get my arrest expunged? Do I really have to go through FDLE and pay them $75 in addition to court costs?

   Since the FDLE holds state criminal history records, you really might want to do it as they say to do it. No one says you have to expunge the arrest record, so if you do not want to pay the $75 then don't.
