How can I demonstrate in judgment I gave her 50% frm salary without having a voucher

I deposited the money at the count of the mother until two months ago that I was fired. We are not married and we have never lived together. I bought everything for my 1 year son, but the mother always asked more money because she said that my salary was not good and opened a judgment against me for child support. What can I do?

Well from here on out since it appears you 2 are no longer together, you will have to pay child support anyways. Research your state guidelines.

The problem here is youhave to prove that the momey you were giving her was in facr child support. I always recommend pay by check and put child support in the memo field.

you might want to google some fathers rights groups to make sure you do not get screwed. Also since she has file for child support, I would be filing for joint custody or visitation.
