I am wondering what permits a business needs to start a Home Winemakers Center in Booklyn. I have seen the TTB FAQ: ttb.gov/wine/wine-faq.shtml#w4
I am more concerned as to how the State and City view HWCs.
Do we need a beer and wine license, liquor license or winery license?
Can we sell the service? For example can we charge people to help advise them on the winemaking process and allow them to do work? Or is that considered "selling wine"?
