My husband and I live in Iowa. We are in the process of purchasing a home. All of the financial is in my husbands name because my credit stinks. I have an outstanding judgment against me. Will this stop us from being able to close? What options do we have besides paying off my judgment which we are not able to accomplish in 45 days. The loan is FHA.
