HOA meeting videotaped

We are having an HOA meeting and we have someone that is trying to intimidate board members. He now wants to videotape the meeting and no one else wants this. Is it legal or is there anything that can be done? Thank you.

You can simply vote to not allow videotaping. But, that would be foolish.
City council meetings, criminal trials, US Congress, state legislatures all broadcast live.

What harm would taping the meeting cause?

If things are on the up and up, taping the meeting would show those that viewed the tape, the truth.

You HOA types don't get it.
