I received court papers from my HOA for a application of foreclosure for none payment. I have just paid all my dues, but they have not processed my payment. I looked up the court case number that the HOA filed on me, but there is no record for that number. Should I go ahead and get a lawyer? They will not answer me when I call or email them.

Since you received court papers re the foreclosure, that is probably your best bet.
