My HOA is changing from monthly dues collection to quarterly payment. Monthly payment will remain the same, but it would mean paying three times as much the first month of the change.
Can the frequency of payment be changed? Would that be in the by-laws? Is it as simple as and arbitrary board vote, or could it actually mean having to change the by laws or rules and reglations?
