While pulling into my driveway a person hit my car on ther rear right side quarter panel. The right rear quarter panel was damaged in front of the right rear tire. To pull into my driveway I made wide right turn to avoid hitting the concrete gutter. The other person was coming from behind me and failed to stop in time. Now the other person insurance claims the wreck was part my fault for making a wide right hand turn. I am getting tired of dealing with the other persons insurance company. Should i seek a lawyer for help.
