Ok so i got rear ended by a car yesterday. We pull over and he comes out of his car and tells me not to call the cops because he has a suspended license. I call the cops anyway. A police officer comes I tell him what happened and also that the driver looks high and he gives me attitude and says something about knowing the driver. He didnt seem to care that he looked stoned and what not then he comes over says the driver didn't have his license on him and gave him a ticket for that nothing else. Then someone comes and goes into the other cars drivers seat. Now im wondering when insurance looks at my claim will he be fully at fault for driving with a suspended license even though the report said nothing about it??
