Is a highway traffic camera enough evidence to convict a man for driving a motorcycle down a highway on a suspended license in md. The charges say on/about insert date here. How can they use that as evidence but they don't even know the date?

"On or about" is a common phrase in legal documents. It certainly does not mean that they don't know the date.

You want to know if you can be convicted? Of course you can - if there was no chance then you wouldn't have been charged.

If you want to defend yourself then I suggest you retain legal counsel. This is not a do-it-yourself matter.

I'd say a conviction is unlikely if the photograph doesn't clearly identify the person operating the motorcycle.
Does the helmet obscure the face? If so, the rider could have been Uncle Jake on his way to pick up a brewski down at the Piggly Wiggly.

Were you driving on a suspended license? Did you get pulled over or just got something in the mail? Perhaps you or whoever you are writing about shouldn't drive on a suspended license.
