My grandmother has died and left a will that states simply to split up 5 ways (to her 5 kids).The problem is,my mother is disabled and lives a state assisted life ,and when word
got out about the money ,she was cut off from all of benifits.the red flag came from
a small amount of cash in grandma's bank account ($11,000) ,there is more money
coming that she has not accepted yet,my brother is now her power of attorney and is
trying to get her bennys back and I am try to find out how to get the rest of the money
for her,but don't know how.
