I recently purchased a dress from a business as an international customer.
They sent me a dress in the wrong size after I specifically told them I am not that size.
They have taken the money from my account and also did not inform me of additional customs charges.
At the moment I have been talking to them for weeks and they have still not resolved the issue even though they accepted liability for their mistake.
What can I do? Can anyone recommend a good lawyer - I can speak to and if necessary take this matter further, as I am a UK citizen.
