I have a friend with a warrant for parole violation and he's been staying with me and I've been trying to get him out well come to find out he's been selling synthetic drugs too and my other room mate knew about this and I talked to a man at work about this and he told me that I could be charged with aiding and abeding, organized crime, and distributing synthetic drugs and for the record ive never been in any trouble with the law or even put in hand cuffs I just wanted to know what I could be facing if I don't get him out before the police catch up to him and find him at my house

If the police come for him and believe you have been profiting from or assisting him in his criminal activity or in avoiding the police, you can be charged with a crime. You might consider speaking with an attorney and then arranging for the police to come and hook him up to show your cooperation. Since you know he is a wanted parolee, depending on the law in KY you could be guilty of harboring a wanted fugitive ... though that may require that you did something affirmatively to conceal him such as hiding his name, lying to the police, or otherwise concealing his presence or identity.

Talk to an attorney ASAP.

I would quietly make an appointment with the local police chief and explain your problem. He will likely coordinate a raid without confiscating your possessions or charging you with harboring.

You might want to talk to an attorney before contacting the police but it's your decision.
