my boss is accusing me of stealing money on the job wants to have me pay 7500.00 and admit to stealing if i don't come up with the money she will have me arrested .....I no longer work there and she gave me 10 days to come up with the money....can the police just come to arrest me

If you did not take the money you need to get an attorney. If you did take the money you need to get an attorney. If your boss has reason to believe that you took it and he/she has probable cause to believe that you took the money, a police report can be made and the incident will be investigated. If, when, and where you are arrested will be up to the detective that is on the case.
