If I do a movie where the producer promised to pay me at the end but we don't have no agreement signed on papers, how will I recover the payment or even gets him signed promisary note now. The job is completed and he showed the movie in number of studios but I haven't see a penny yet.

What does he owe you, and when did he owe it to you? This sounds like a very vague agreement. You can write him a nasty letter demanding payment, and if he doesn't pay, then you sue him. You'll need to prove the existence of the oral contract in court, and what the terms of the agreement actually were, so it will be your word against his. Without knowing more, it is impossible to say what will happen. Why should the court believe you?
