I got married in California in 2005. My wife filed for divorce in june 2006.I moved to South Carolina and never filed a response. I recently contacted her and she has the papers but is unwillingly to sign them to spite me.How can i get this over? it's been assigned to a judge but no action since 2007. no children no assets to divide. Getting the runaround please help!
