Sex Crimes, Sex Offenders Help

I am seeking help in reducing my sex offender classification. I have been level 2 for almost 14 years. My crime was statutory in nature, I have not re-offended. I cannot afford a lawer. And i'd do this alone before trusting a public defender. There are a lot of mitigating circumstances that must be considered. I need help, to save my future.
