how can i get the child support office to help. i have given them everything and more. my ex moved from texas to virgina i have spoken with virgina and got their fax number for texas they are more than willing to do what ever texas ask i cant get texas to fax warrant, suspend D.L. nothing my ex is over 40,000 behind please what cant i do?????????????

What you can do

Hey there,
There is a federal program called UIFSA that helps people get child support from a parent that does not live in your state. Google it or call your family court and ask to be connected to that deptartment. If that fails, which it should not, you can always go through private child support agencies. Google get my child support and it should come up. They take a % of your support money, but it is better than nothing and they do not charge you if you do not collect. Good luck
