employer took out bi-weekly insurance premium, received a statement that insurance was cancelled back 3 months, employer saying that because I filed an unemployment claim, hours were no longer 40 per week that unemplyment cancelled the health insurance. I had only received $67.00 from unemployment. Employer now not answering questions or phone calls, what can be done?
