I need help!!!7 Years agao I was divirced and a support order was done through Suffolk County.At the time my ex husband had custody and I was paying support.An order was placed to garnish me this past April.Well I have had our daughter since April due to child abuse allegations against the step mother.Now I am trying to get the Order Vacated.They are taking almost half of my paycheck and I am waiting to go on welfare for some help during this.Well yesterday I received a letter that the Hearing Examiner has denied my request for a telephonic hearing(I live in Florida).How am I suppose to take care if this?I don't even knowhow I'm going to pay my rent come December 1st let alone have $1000 to spend on a trip to New York.I feel completly helpless.Am I going to have to pay this order forever?Someone please help
