I need to see what I can do. You see me and my now husband have a company. Everything is in his name. And I pay my ex husband 430.05 in child support. Well I was out of work for about two years and I kept paying him the same which is fine. I am legally only supposed to pay 350.05 but I pay him 430.05. Anyways before I go and tell the kids about the company can he take me back to court. The company is actually loosing money rite now. And my ex is very devious. He told a place that it was him and my twin brother living at his place when there was my 4 kids his wifes 3 kids,and his and hers two kids. Not including his mother and his mothers boyfriend.
