Last Thursday Jan 13, 2005, After A Drinking Spree With My Colleuges (i Was Already Drunk), I Went To My Neigbor's Store, Bought And Drink Another Beer. She Gave Me Beer And I Had A Short Conversation With Her. After Consuming The Bottle Of Beer, I Went Home.
Until The Next Day, I Have A Subpoena From Our Baranggay Official. She And Her Husband Filed A Complaint Againts Me For Allegedly Uttering The Words "hey Ma'am Can I F_ck You?".
When She Was Asked By The Baranggay Official If There Is Someone Aside From Her That Heard What I Supposedly Said, She Said There's No One Aside From Us (no Witness).
I Was Not Able To Recall Uttering Those Words Because I Was So Drunk.
I Said Sorry To The Couple If I Have Uttered Those Words And Forgive Me Because I Was So Drunk That I Did Not Remember Saying Such.
But They Did Not Accept My Apology Instead They Said They Will File A Case .
Sincerely I Was Not Able To Recall Having Uttered Those Words To Her.
My Questions Are:
1.) Will I Go To Jail?
2.) What Kind Of Case I Will Face?
3.) Is It Civil Or Criminal?
Please Kindly Give Me Advice. I Could Not Sleep Anymore…….
