ok so I am only 16 and I am also pregnant about four days from my induction date. I am still with the father. Even though his parents say he can not sign the birth certificate intill we take a paternity test. But that is not the problem. My guardian aka my sister even though I dont want child support cause we are going to be together and he is going to sign the birth certificate wants to go after him for every thing. Which would be about seven grand. Its dumb because we are still going to be together. I was just wondering if she can with out my consent and also because I am not going to take a paternity test. Would it just be smarter for me not to have him sign the birth certificate and say well I dont know if he is the father. Cause she is just going to far over the edge.
