Other Immigration Law Help Please

I am an american citizen who has become very good friends with an illlegal Guatamalan couple, whom are very nice people. I want to seek help to get them legal, but don't know the steps to take, and am looking for help. Secondly, they have a child who was born in the USA who is an American Citizen and I am not sure how that impacts things (although I would expect positively). So if anyone can help direct me to the steps to take to get the process rolling i would so much appreciate it. these people do now have much but they are quality people despite being here illegally. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
