Help Needed in Cleve, OH

We are seeking legal advice/representation in the Cleveland Area. Over $20K has been spent on lawyers and the end result is the Mother does whatever she pleases. Retainer after retainer has been given to lawyers in the hopes that "This will be the one". There is NO MORE MONEY and my boyfriend's visitation has gone form 50/50 to every other weekend & transportation is our responsibility. She refuses to follow any orders and why should she? There has yet to be any legal ramification for failure to follow or contempt. Mediation is useless. If you are a lawyer who has any desire to simply do this because it is the right thing & are in support of Father's Rights if you take pro-bono cases, if you are familiar with Cuyahoga County & the judges or lawyers and can help PLEASE contact me. Maybe if just once, there was a consequence for the mother or the judge actually met either parent, this would stop!
