help me safe my grandaughter

I and my ex wife susan little aopted our 25 year old daughter when she was 11 years old and all she has done was caused nothing but hurt and lies and because of it I am not able to help her out with my granddaughter here safe where she need to be please help me

also in reminder my 2nd wife and I help my daughter raise our grandbaby for the first two years of her life and now childernsirvices is telling us we are not allowed around the grandbaby

Grandparents have no inherent rights to their grandchildren.

Your daughter is 25 and gets total say in who her child spends time with. If that is not you, you are out of luck. CPS isn't going to make your daughter let you visit. If the baby is not safe, call CPS and they will investigate.
