Hello my landlord gave me a notices to leave the house on the 21 may 2013 . that landlord aslo gave me a section 8 , saying i owe rent of 1459 and that iv damged the house wich i havent and dont owe the rent as i claim hb wich gose straigt to ll ,I tock my notice to my council wich have told me they will not house me till my landlord gives them prove that I own 1459 in rent as they have told me my landlord doesn't have a case to get me out as I don't owe rent and havent damaged the house in any way , iv been asking landlord to repaire hot water and other stuff for 2 years now the council have been backing me with this ,,, dose any one know what I should do now as I seem to be at a standstill .. Ps I live in uk
