Help, I am NOT a cyberstalker!

Please help. I have been wrongfully accused of cyberstalking. An ex-boyfriend of mine is threatening a restraining order, but I did not send any messages to him. He claims that he received a threatening message from an email (not mine) that had my IP address in the header. I checked with my ISP and they told me that it is very likely that someone managed to steal my IP address. What can I do? He has actually been sedning me threatening text messages.

I would recomment you don't communicate with him at all. If you hear from the police, or are served with a restraining order then seek legal counsel. Until then, it may be best to simply ignore the guy.
