This is to the seniorjudge or whoever can help best. My cousin was incarcerated for over 30 years for making some dumb choices when he was a young man. However, he keeps getting denied parole, he has been infraction free for seven years, and all he wants is an opportunity to get involved in a special program that may lead to parole, but he keeps getting denied. His case is coming up soon, I am sending a letter to parole board, but I want to know what language do they understand best. I don't want to turn them off. He is very remorseful, and has been very productive. Can you help?
