Hello,

I filled an income and expense statement last July, sent my ex copies and asked my ex to have her attorney re-calculate child support. She requested that I send her my tax return for 2006 and current paystubs, which I did. She had heard that I was getting a new job (which pays more) and requested my current paystubs. At the time, I hadn't started working yet so I sent her the current paystubs, from my then current job. Getting frustrated at her lack of response, I filed papers to have child support reviewed in court.
Her attorney reponded in a letter threatning to subpoena my new work to get the most current paystubs.
What do I do? I filed the correct papers and gave her what I should have given at that time.

Thanks for your help in advance!

So, what you're saying is that you want her lawyer to calculate the child support on your previous, lower income? If you have the child support reviewed in court, don't you think that you will have to provide current pay stubs? It seems easier and less costly in the long run to just give her a copy of your current pay stubs.
