My wife and I are separated. Our child was born prior to our marriage. There is
tremendous animosity between us. She makes visitation very difficult for me and now intends travelling ( with our baby ) to another state to visit family, but refuses to allow me to do the same. Is she legally allowed to take him out of state with out my permisssion and vice versa.
